Damages and Issues
If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please document the unboxing process with a video from start to end within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and submit your inquiry to support@naudea.in. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to provide a full refund for your order.
Exchange/Return
We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchange or return services at Naudea.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds are applicable only for damaged parcels received.
